  1. There is no purpose will be served in appointment of 8th CPC. Chairman and members will travel all over the world to study pay, pension and service conditions of govt employees. Then after three years they will submit report to the govt and government on it’s part take another six months,doe, to study the report and implementation process.
    Better find out fitment factory and multiple with the existing basic pay and pension. Emplyees and pensioners need money and not any kind of commission at the cost people’s MONEY.   3. I don’t think that 8th pay commission is going to come. As usually central government employees may get DA as per consumer index or inflation.
    Central government financial position is some what different position. The debt is increasing year after year. Hence all central government employees are to sacrifice pay commission.
    Since 10 years there is no recruitment.30 lakhs jobs are fall vacancies. Let us wait and see, we have to co-operate with government.

Most of the employees highly suffering from financial problems because high inflation rate being a an employee he couldn’t get any government schemes,and there is no income government should be given pension minimum 50 k and maximum 1lakhs , salary minimum 50 k to 3L in 8th pay commission other wise no benefit to government employees in these financial crisis to common employees group C,AND non gazettes are more suffering
