THIS 3.68 Formula introducing during 2019 . but this number not added into 2.57 from 2019.Hence to the committee, kindly recommend from 2019 January to December’s 2025.

DA expected to be increase as on 1-1-2026 will be 66% duly taking 8% increase in 2024 and 2025 respectively. Fixtation may be 1.96 or maximum of 2.00 times only not as suggested 2.28times which is not at all possible. In previous pay commissions fixtation formula as highlighted below -:
4th PC 20%, 5th pc 40%, 6th pc 1.86 plus GP and 7th pc 32%(2.57-2.25)and we may expect 30 to 34% ie 1.96 or 2.00 times only. Even if this present govt consider this much increase we must be happy.
